Kiwi Concert Party (1939-1945)

Kiwis Revue Company

Originally the Kiwi Concert Party was formed to entertain troops overseas during the Second World War. After the war many of the Party's actors joined The Kiwis Revue Company which commenced playing under the J C Williamson banner on 13 Apr 1946 in Brisbane. The company included Terry Vaughan (director), Red Moore, Glen Millins, James Lavery, Wally Prictor, Cecil Morris, Taffy Owen, Ralph Dyer, Morris Double, Stan Wineera, Tony Rex, Roy McDougall, John Reidy, Ernie Fish and John Hunter.
