"Funny Business are a comedy quartet featuring the performing and writing talents of Willie de Wit, Dean Butler, Ian Harcourt and Peter Murphy. They began their comedy career in stand up around Auckland in the Eighties and then moved to television making twenty half hour shows. Screened in the late eighties, the shows garnered a young cult following and remains some of the best satirical Kiwi comedy of the period featuring sketches and songs that look at popular culture, music, film and TV. Featuring a debut Lucy Lawless and animations from NZ punk rock legend Chris Knox, Funny Business are a true Kiwi comedy milestone"--Container.
