Description: Photographs of the Royal visit in 1927 of the Duke and Duchess of York, taken by an unidentified photographer. None of the photographs have captions. Images include the royal entourage driving or travelling by train through New Zealand countryside in the South Island and the North Island; various ceremonies, welcoming crowds, a large group of nurses lining the steps up to a hospital, various dignitaries, and inspection of troops and police. Two photographs show the Royal camp at Tokaanu, and one shows rows of people seated at tables in the open air.
