Description: Title reads 'Imagine the opportunities for babies atuck in Parliament...'. A baby, seeing the voting lobby signs for 'Ayes' and 'Noes', chants 'Ears and teeths'. In May 2013 whether nursing mothers should be allowed to bring their children into the debating chamber of Parliament was raised by a Member of Parliament who was also a nursing mother, Nanaia Mahuta.
