Description: Shows a group of four Maori in the centre foreground, and two others on the ground at the right. They are seen in the grounds of a deserted pa, probably at Motuara Island at the entrance to Queen Charlotte Sound (see Joppien and Smith, vol 3 page 18). There are several reed huts overlooking the water, and a large hill in the centre distance. This image is a reverse version of that at A-111-008 and B-098-023.
