Description: Shows view of a collection of buildings adjoining the waterfront, including a circular glasshouse or pavillion. Of the closely grouped buildings, the verandahed two-storeyed building with pink side is Garwood's general store (identified by reference to Neg. 1/2-08561 in PRS), and the four-gabled building next-but-one, is Bruce's Hotel (identified in PRS Neg. 1/2-10294). There are willow and other European trees alongside the buildings. The hills behind are partially wooded. Probably painted around the end of the 1860s.
