The projected Wellington Harbour Board area of reclamation includes its acreage and is situated along the Evans Bay foreshore is shown. A note states that the authorised area of reclamation under the Empowering Act of 1906 is 22 acres, with power to lease about 5 acres. The low water mark is shown.
