Description: Cadastral map of part of the central business district of Feilding, highlighting (in pink) unsold sections. Blocks and sections are numbered. Several pencilled names on sections, including Harper, most illegible. Block named government shows court house. Part if the unsold area is 'offices'. 'Unsold sections edged red [signed] ? 31/3/04'. Pencil annotations include: 'offered to Sandiland, see ?Mgr's letter 31/3/04', and names on some sections (some difficult to decipher). Quantity: 1 manuscript map(s). Description: Plan of some suburban sections in part of Feilding, highlighting unsold sections on Kimbolton Road (numbers 119-129, each between 5-10 acres) and one nearby section of over 51 acres. Includes annotations of the new road off Kimbolton Road leading to the new bridge over the Kiwitea Stream, and the site of the old bridge. The new road cuts through the unsold sections 121-4. Map drawn on 'The Colonists Land and Loan Corporation, Limited' letterhead paper. Drawn partly on rice or tissue paper with letter-head `The Colonists' Land and Loan Corporation, Limited... Feilding 189-'. This is joined to a smaller piece of plain paper on which has a small part of the map drawing on it. Purple signature bottom right corner. Quantity: 1 manuscript map(s). Description: Cadastral, part surveyed map showing the subdivision of the Trelissick Estate, Ngaio, Wellington, highlighting Sections 4, 5 and 9 and identifying Sections 6, 7, 8 and 10, and a Native (Maori) Reserve. Shows Old Porirua Road, part of the Wellington to Wairarapa Railway, and part of the Kaiwharawhara Stream. Parts of Section 5 have been subdivided, and names of owners of those properties are: Crofton, Bartlett, Chew and Aplin. Shows proposed roads. Trelissick Estate was developed by Captain Edward Daniell, in 1843, who named the property after his family home in Cornwall, England. Daniell died in 1866, the property was subdivided in the 1880's by Major & Mrs Deane. Gorge Road was upgraded in 1898.
