Description: The cartoon shows a sailor who represents New Zealand. He is wearing a cap that says "Nuke Free!" and is saying `No nasty odours in our neck of the woods!'. He is also spraying himself with a deodourant called, "2,4,5-T". This cartoon possibly refers to the hole in the ozone layer discovered above New Zealand and how spray cans are a large contributor to that fact. It is ironic to the fact that New Zealand is "Nuke Free" and is seen to be a very clean, environmentally friendly country.
