Includes images of the information centre for the Huntly power station construction, Huntly coal mine, and an open day at the Rangipo power station construction site. Also includes images of the Minister of Energy and National Development, Rt Hon Bill Birch, at press conferences, with head of Tasman Pulp and Paper Company Ronald Trotter at the "Tasman Geothermal signing" in 1979, and with the Secretary of Energy William Duncan at Demand Restraint Advisory Committee meetings.
