Description: Aerial view of Rawene showing the buildings and grounds of Rawene District High School. Some of the houses of the town can be seen, and in the background part of Hokianga Harbour and the outlet of the Omanaia River. Photographed by Whites Aviation on the 15th of April 1958. The nearer of the school buildings (occupied in the third term of 1953) housed the high school. The older, tile roofed building, housed the primary school. Quantity: 1 b&w original negative(s).
