Celebrate Whakatu Wahine/Suffrage 125 with us. Make your own lantern with a personalised statement/celebration/dream for use in the 'Shine a light on your rights' parade in Wellington on 11 August.

Make a placard lantern at the Library

Using a white paper shopping bag and marker pen, decorate with a short statement of your choice, highlighting women's desires in 2018.

Add a torch and bamboo and you're ready to parade.
