Personal insight into researching at the Turnbull
As part of the Library’s World War One centenary commemorations, Gillian Headifen will explore the Turnbull Library holdings for The Battle of Messines, 7 June 1917.
Using her own research into the lives, and deaths, of her great-uncles she will give an insight into the resources available to find out about this significant event in New Zealand’s history.
