Whānau friendly tour of Pukana
Bring the tamariki for a family-friendly tour of the exhibition ‘Pūkana: moments in Maori performance’ at 10am. All ages with a supervising adult welcome. The duration of the tour is 20 minutes.
Create your own Māori instrument
At 10.30am Ariana Tikao will demonstrate Māori wind instruments and make them sing for us. We will then make our own Māori instrument, decorate them and learn how to play them. All ages welcome. Caregivers can grab a coffee but are expected to supervise their children during the duration of the programme.
