Register: Learning and support for new school library staff 2024
Part of Learning and support for new school library staff — 2024 series
Monday 29 January 2024 to Friday 13 December 2024
Online — Microsoft Teams
Free — registration required
New to your school library? If you're just getting started providing library services for your school, register to join our 2024 learning community. You'll receive support from National Library experts, attend regular local and national meetings, build your skills and connect with other library people.
Who this online community is for
Staff who are new to a role with an Aotearoa New Zealand school library, such as:
school librarians
library assistants
teachers with library responsibility
anyone providing school library services to students and staff.
How it works
Each term, you'll be invited to join 2 online meetings:
one with other new school library staff in your local area
a national meeting that's open to anyone interested in the topic being discussed.
Once you've registered, we'll send you invitations and a reminder ahead of each meeting. You're automatically invited to national meetings. You don't need to register for those, but can if you'd like to!
Why join our community
