- Dr Charles Henry, President of the Council on Library and Information Resources (USA), will explore the profound impacts new technologies and understandings have made to how we define information, communication and truth; how we research, preserve and access our heritage; and the crucial role of libraries in allowing us to re-imagine our past, analyse the present and reach out to future generations.
