Tiaki – all systems go

We are delighted to let you know that Tiaki went live on 28^th January 2016. Tiaki is the system that manages our unpublished collections. It replaced our previous system, TAPUHI, which was developed over 20 years ago.

Tiaki is now available for researchers to use from our website (tiaki.natlib.govt.nz) and from the search stations in the reading rooms. Tiaki delivers new services to researchers. For the first time, researchers who are offsite will be able to request material online to view in the reading rooms.

In order to use Tiaki researchers will need to have a RealMe account. Further information about how to do this is available through the RealMe website.

Please contact us throughAsk a Librarian if you have any questions or need help using Tiaki.

If you have any other questions, please contact me directly: Rachel.Esson@dia.govt.nz

Thank you for your continued support.
