Errors in giving
Te Puna Foundation does not normally give refunds if you change your mind. We ask you make your choice to donate carefully. If you do make a donation in error, or there has been a bank error, please notify Te Puna Foundation and request a refund from the address listed below within 30 days after the time the error occured.
We are a non-profit organisation, and we reserve the right to deduct bank or transaction charges from any refund we process.
If we make an error
If Te Puna Foundation or our processes are the cause of the error, we will provide a full refund and all transaction charges will be borne by the Foundation.
Requesting a refund
All requests for a refund must be made in writing to:

Please provide details of the nature of the error (with confirmation of the mistake from your bank, in the case of a bank error), and include a copy of your Te Puna Foundation receipt.
If you do not have a copy of your receipt, please give details of the initial donation, including the date, amount and name of the donor.
If we approve the refund, the original receipt issued becomes void and invalid. We will issue a new receipt where applicable.
