Physical Description: Oil on board, monotone 207 x 459 mm Provenance: The name James Richardson is recorded on the verso by an unknown hand; also a note by the donor which refers to the painting as being "one of my uncle Jim's". It appears that 'Uncle Jim' or James Richardson may have been a previous owner of the work. He was not known in the family as an artist, but it is possible that he made this copy himself.
