Heritage Christchurch

Located at 28-30 Cathedral Square, Christchurch; a Dynasty Pacific hotel. Established as a hotel and apartments in the early 1990s.

The OGB Wing of the hotel is the restored Old Government Building (OGB) or Government Department Buildings. Also known as the Heritage Apartments, suitable for long term stay. The OGB opened in 1913, architect Joseph Clarkson Maddison. This wing has an address at 98 Worchester Street. Damaged in the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake, but restored. Listed as a category 1 historic Place with Heritage New Zealand, list no.301.
