- Description
Four uniformed Samoan employees of Her Britannic Majesty's (HBM) High Commissioner's Court For the Western Pacific. The men wear turbans, lava lava, and white short sleaved shirts emblazened with "V R" and a crown. Above then on the wall of a building, a notice board proclaims the commissioners court, and also informs that the building is the office of HM Deputy Commissioner for Samoa and Tokelau. Photographed by an unknown photographer in November 1894.
