View of the settlement at Te Ariuru, Tokomaru Bay looking towards the Tokomaru Sheepfarmers' Freezing Company Ltd workers' cottages in the distance to the north. The jetty and Te Ariuru Marae (back view of wharenui) can be seen left of the centre. The Waitakeo Stream is in the immediate foreground. The headland in the far distance is Koutunui Point. Photograph taken ca 1910-1930 possibly by William Archer Price.
