Mrs Rosalie Blake, a member of the Cook Islands Fundraising Committe, presents a cheque for $55,074 to Prime Minister David Lange for the Cyclone Bola relief fund. Mrs Blake wears a head dress of flowers and David Lange wears the lei Mrs Blake gave him before the presentation. Photograph taken circa 22 April 1988 by Phil Reid for the Evening Post, probably in Wellington.
