Description

Letter from Jno Parkin Taylor on board the `Cornwall' to his mother in which he describes life on board ship, family matters including the ill-health of his wife, Ismene, news about NZ and messages for people at home, and intimations that the Wairau is a better place to settle than Wellington or Nelson. The transcription has been annotated, presumably by donor, with additional family information.
