This is one of two honours boards. The second relates to the Fourth and Fifth contingents. Both are now housed in the Pioneer Lounge of the Cook Islands RSA. The Two boards originally stood in the old courthouse, but were moved just before a fire destroyed the building. (Information from Henry Wichman of Rarotonga, 2010).
