Wellington Corporation Electric Tramways

Power House - Steam driven electrical generating plant which began operating in 1904 supplying power for the Wellington City Council's newly eletrified public transport. The power house was equiped by The Electric Construction Co. Ltd.

Thorndon Tram Barn - 286 Thorndon Quay. Constructed 1910 for Wellington Corporation Tramways. Demolished 1985.
