Wellington photographer. Listed in Wise's Post Office Directory 1938: Raine, Wm H, phtgr, 132 Willis St, Wel. Died 14 December 1955. Cremated Karori Cemetery 15 December 1955 (Source: K Wood, pers com). (For more information see the 1998 volume of `The Stockade', the serial put out by the Karori Historical Society.)
