Description

Shows a map of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding countries. The sea is covered with an all-over pattern of flying fish, seahorses, squid, scallop shells, fish, crayfish, crabs, octopus, shrimps, starfish, sharks, whales,, and the occasional fishing boat. The proposed nuclear-free zone is outlined and coloured in a lighter blue. There is a decorative border of dolphins.
